Workspace agents
For admins: who can plug in an agent, how many, and how to cut it off.
Everything is set in the workspace settings, AI agents section. Only admins and the owner can open it.
Who can connect an agent?
| Rule | Effect |
|---|---|
| Members (default) | Any member with a seat can plug in their agent. A viewer's agent can only read. |
| Admins only | Only admins and the workspace owner can plug in an agent. |
| Nobody | No agent can access the workspace, even those already authorized. Nothing is deleted. |
In a personal workspace, the owner can always plug in their agents.
How many agents
| Plan | Agents per workspace |
|---|---|
| Standard | 1 |
| Premium | 3 |
| Premium+ | 10 |
After a plan downgrade, the agents authorized first keep access; the others become Over the limit and are refused, never deleted.
Suspend or remove an agent
The Allowed agents list shows each agent, its owner and when it was last used. Never its other workspaces.
- Suspend here: the agent is cut off in this workspace only; Resume gives it access back.
- Remove: the agent loses access to this workspace. Its owner can no longer plug an agent in here until an admin chooses Allow again in the Blocked agent owners list.
Cut everything off
Turning off Allow AI agents suspends every agent in the workspace from their next call, reads included. Nothing is deleted: turning it back on restores access.
Get notified
Admins and the owner get a notification each time an agent is plugged in or removed. To relay it to Discord, add a webhook with the Agents category.
Isolation
An agent authorized in your workspace never acts anywhere else, even if its owner is a member of other workspaces. When its owner loses their seat or leaves the workspace, the agent loses access.
