Ranking integrity
The organic ranking is not for sale. This page explains what's purchasable, what isn't, and the measures that protect votes and reviews against manipulation.
What's purchasable
Sponsored slots (6 per ranking, shown separately) and VIP perks (extra visibility, discounts on sponsoring). A purchased slot always stays marked as sponsored, never mixed with the organic ranking.
What isn't
The organic rank. It is computed only from votes received this month and the average review rating (from 5 reviews onward, up to ±20% weighting): no payment changes it.
Anti-fraud
A daily cap per IP address limits votes (10 for an anonymous visitor, 60 for a signed-in account), deducted atomically in the database so it holds under heavy concurrency. Each (server, voter, day) can only vote once. Every vote goes through Cloudflare Turnstile to screen out bots. IP addresses are never stored in clear text: they are hashed (salted HMAC). Rating your own server is refused.
Reports and sanctions
Any content can be reported. Moderation applies a graduated scale: warning (blocks nothing), suspension (7 or 30 days, with a defined scope: messaging, publishing or full) or ban. Every decision requires an explicit reason.
Audit log
Every moderation or admin decision is logged: who, what, when, and the reason.
Data retention
The audit log is kept for 365 days. Hashed IP addresses used against abuse are kept for 396 days then anonymized. An expired session is purged within 7 days.
