How we protect the ranking

A ranking is only worth something if nobody can buy or rig it. Here is, publicly, how ours works — and what we do against fraud.

The organic ranking is never for sale

Sponsored placements exist (they fund the platform), but they are always labeled “Sponsored”, shown in dedicated areas, and never influence a server's position in the merit ranking.

Votes weighted by reliability

A signed-in (Discord) vote counts fully, with a 2-hour window. Anonymous votes are limited to one per day per server and capped per IP address — clearing your cookies does not grant unlimited votes.

Anti-bot by design

Anti-fraud is enforced by database constraints, not bypassable JavaScript. The IP address we use is the one seen by our infrastructure — not a client-forgeable header. Detected automated votes lead to public penalties, up to delisting.

Player ratings matter

The ranking doesn't just measure the ability to mobilize votes: the average player rating (1-5 stars) weights the score from 3 reviews onward. A poorly rated server cannot sit on top through votes alone.

Reviews never silently removed

Reviews require an account, one per server, editable by their author. Owners can reply publicly. We do not remove negative reviews — only illegal or off-topic content is moderated, and it is logged.

The formula, publicly

score = votes_du_mois × (1 + (note_moyenne − 3) × 0,1)

Reset on the 1st of each month: new servers get their chance, established ones must stay good. Rating weighting activates from 3 reviews (from +20% to −20%).
