Terms of Service and Sale

These Terms of Service and Sale ("Terms") govern access to and use of the CGS Hub site as well as any paid services offered (sponsored slots, VIP subscriptions…). Any use of the site implies full acceptance of these Terms.
Purpose
CGS Hub is a community platform dedicated to the GTA roleplay server ecosystem: server rankings, freelancer directory, missions, and news. These Terms define the terms of access to and use of the site, as well as the conditions of sale of paid services offered by [COMPANY NAME].
Account creation
Some features require creating an account, via Discord login or any other method offered. The user agrees to provide accurate information and to keep their credentials confidential. [COMPANY NAME] reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in the event of a breach of these Terms.
Description of services
The site offers free services (registration, voting, directory browsing) and paid services (sponsored slots to promote a server, VIP Owner/Creator subscriptions). The features and prices of each paid service are presented on the [PRICING PAGE] before any subscription.
Prices and payment terms
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. Payment is made online by credit card via our payment provider Stripe. The order is only confirmed once payment has been validated by Stripe. An invoice or receipt is sent by email to the address associated with the account.
Subscriptions and renewal
VIP subscriptions are taken out for a one-month period and are automatically renewed at each due date, unless cancelled by the user before the renewal date. Cancellation is possible at any time from the "My account" area or the Stripe management portal; it takes effect at the end of the current period, without pro-rata refund unless required by law.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, consumers have a 14-day period to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify any reason. However, for digital content or services fully performed upon subscription (immediate access to VIP features, immediate publication of a sponsored slot), the user acknowledges, by ticking the box provided for this purpose when ordering, expressly waiving their right of withdrawal once performance of the service has begun with their agreement, in accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code. User obligations
The user agrees not to publish unlawful or defamatory content, or content infringing third-party rights, not to fraudulently manipulate the ranking system (fake votes, bots…), and to comply with these Terms as well as the ranking integrity charter available at [INTEGRITY PAGE].
Limitation of liability
[COMPANY NAME] makes every effort to ensure the availability and security of the site, without guarantee of result. [COMPANY NAME] cannot be held liable for indirect damages, nor for content published by users or services provided by listed freelancers/creators, who remain solely responsible for their services.
Intellectual property
Content published by users (reviews, descriptions, products) remains the property of their authors, who grant [COMPANY NAME] a non-exclusive license necessary for the operation of the service (display, indexing).
Termination
[COMPANY NAME] may suspend or terminate a user's access in the event of a serious breach of these Terms, after notification when possible.
Changes to these Terms
[COMPANY NAME] reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be informed of any substantial change. Continued use of the site after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Applicable law and disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Consumers may use a consumer mediator free of charge. Failing an amicable agreement, French courts shall have jurisdiction.
