Two ways to plug an AI into your Workflow workspaces.
Two paths

What an AI can do
- Read: tasks, projects, comments, members, search, activity log, notifications.
- Work (if you allow it): create and edit tasks, comment, move a task, manage subtasks, claim a task while working on it.
- Never: delete anything.
An AI acts with your rights, never more: same workspaces, same role, same read-only access to an expired workspace. If you lose your seat or your access to a workspace, your AI loses it too.
Before you start
- Sign in at least once at flow.cgs-hub.com with your CGS account.
- In a shared workspace, the admin decides who can plug in an AI: see Workspace agents.
