Reports and sanctions
How to report, reasons, sanction scale and retention.
Report
Report on a page, review, message or mission. A reason is required. Too many reports too fast are refused.
An open report is not deleted by age alone. A resolved report is kept 365 days after resolution.
Sanctions
Graduated scale, always reasoned:
warning (blocks nothing);
suspension 7 or 30 days;
ban.
A sanction can cover messaging, publishing (votes, reviews, listings, API), or both.
A sanction sends a mandatory email. It is visible on the account.
The v1 API rejects a token whose owner is blocked from publishing (403 owner_sanctioned): the token is still valid, the account is the issue.
